When will my order be ready?

Most products are ready for pick-up within 24 hours of purchase. However, this is not true for all items. You will receive a notification via e-mail alerting you when your order is ready. Pick-up is only available during Stride Physiotherapy clinic’s regular operating hours, which are listed on our Contact Us page.

Please bring a copy of your photo ID and your order number at time of pick-up.

Shipping

Shipping is currently available to British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan only. Orders under $250 CAD will be shipped at a flat rate of $15. For orders over $250, shipping is free. Purchases are also available for pick-up at Stride Physiotherapy. 

Payment methods accepted

We accept all major credit cards.

Refunds, exchanges, and cancelled orders

All return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Returns will not be accepted by worn or used products due to hygienic reasons. Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. (Conditions apply, see below.) Returns may also be done in-clinic.

Pillowise pillows can be returned to the clinic within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. MUST be in the original bag to return it.

TENS, Scraping Tools will be accepted so long as they adhere to the aforementioned conditions.

WARRANTY

Not all products offer warranty. However, the following offer limited warranty:

Compression Stockings: Replacement pair will be given if the product is defective. Please contact our customer care team directly for further details.

Braces: Within 6 months, take pictures of the damaged brace and send the serial number to our customer care team. Return the brace to the clinic for manufacturing inspection and a new brace will be issued.

Pillows: 30-day comfort guarantee (that's for return) and 5-year warranty.
