Stim Tec Target TENS

Trans-cutaneous Electrical Neuromuscular Stimulation (TENS) is a treatment used to reduce pain, relax and stimulate muscles, decrease swelling, and promote healing. This device uses  electrodes placed onto the skin to deliver impulses around the painful or injured tissue. TENS can help to promote circulation and release endorphins (your body’s natural painkillers) around the affected area. TENS creates a “pins and needles” sensation that may be followed by muscle contractions, depending on the intensity of the stimulation.
